These terms govern your use of the foreglass.ai website and its published content. By using the site, you agree to them. Please read the disclaimer in section 3 — it is the most important part.

1. Who we are

Foreglass is a property of Comuvia LLC, a New York limited liability company (the "Company," "we," "us"). Questions: info@comuvia.com.

2. What Foreglass is

Foreglass publishes economic forecasts and modeled scenarios that are sealed and dated before the outcome is known, then scored in public against named sources — with misses shown as prominently as hits. It is a research and decision-support publication.

4. Forecasts are model outputs, and may be wrong

Forecasts, fragility readings, and scenario runs are the outputs of statistical models under stated assumptions. They are inherently uncertain and may turn out to be wrong — which is precisely why the record is sealed and scored in the open. Past or prior forecast accuracy does not guarantee future results. Scenario runs answer a conditional question under the assumptions you or we supply; they are not predictions of what will happen in the world.

5. The record, and licensing

The public forecast ledger — its lane records, hashes, and published data — is offered under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) licence: you may reuse it, including commercially, if you give appropriate credit. All other content on this site — the written analysis, design, wordmarks, and images — is © 2026 Comuvia LLC, all rights reserved. Paid and subscriber-tier content is licensed only for the subscriber's own use and is not licensed for redistribution.

6. Acceptable use

Please do not misuse the site: no attempts to break, overload, or gain unauthorized access to it; no scraping that degrades the service; and no presenting our content in a way that misrepresents what it says or implies an endorsement we have not given. Automated and agent access to the documented public endpoints is welcome within reasonable limits.

7. Things you send us

If you send a suggestion, question, or correction, you grant the Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use it to operate and improve Foreglass. Do not send confidential information, or personal information about other people, through the feedback form. Nothing you submit is published to the sealed ledger.

8. No warranty

The site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. You use the site and rely on its content at your own risk.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Comuvia LLC and its members will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, or for any decision made or action taken in reliance on the site or its content. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, for the content at issue in the twelve months before the claim.

The site links to other properties, including comuvia.ai. We are not responsible for the content or practices of sites we do not operate.

11. Trademarks

COMUVIA® is a registered trademark of Comuvia LLC. Foreglass™ is a trademark of Comuvia LLC (clearance in progress). Other marks are the property of their owners.

12. Changes

We may update these terms as the service changes; the "last updated" date above reflects the current version, and continued use after a change means you accept it.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and the state and federal courts located in New York have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
